I could kiss Designer Mikael Warnhammar (here's hoping he's a hot Swede!) for coming up with a kids kitchen set for Ikea (a.k.a) the DUKTIG mini-kitchen. Can you believe it took this long to get one of these things out of Ikea? I saw this live the other day when I was whizzing by the kids section on the way to get a few odds and ends and an ice cream cone. Me and my little monkey stopped in our tracks. I ended up being stuck in Ikea's kids section for a half hour thanks to this newbie. This is not just your basic kitchen set either, the burners light up, the little nobs turn, doors open and shut. All that for $150CDN ($99.99 for the bottom bit and $50 for the top).Get your kids in the (faux) kitchen!
